PSSINLIS - Scheduled System Downtime Notice

As part of our infrastructure technology refresh, our services will be temporarily unavailable during the following period:

Downtime Period:
20 June 2026 (Saturday), 12:00 AM to 21 June 2026 (Sunday), 11:59 PM (SGT)

During this time, users will not be able to access the system or perform any transactions. Services will resume on 22 June 2026 (Monday), 12:00 AM (SGT).

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding and support as we enhance our platform’s reliability and performance.

Important Notice: Download purchased INLIS products by 31 Mar 2026

Please note that users are required to download all previously purchased products from the INLIS portal by 31 March 2026.

With effect from 1 April 2026, users will only be able to download products for transactions made from 1 April 2026 onwards. Products purchased prior to this date will no longer be available for download on the portal.

PSS INLIS Daily Purchase Limits (Effective 1 Apr 2026)

From 1 Apr 2026, INLIS will implement secure digital access. A daily purchase limit of 200 for law firms will apply to Property Information products.

There will be no change to the current login process, and users may continue to access PSS Inlis using their existing User ID and Password.

With immediate effect, no requests will be entertained for completed transaction under the current PSS-INLIS arrangement between Crimsonlogic and Singapore Land Authority. To avoid making more than 1 similar search, please DO NOT do a fresh search immediately if you encounter difficulties completing your transaction.
